Gas Scout Terms

$0.10 / APPROVED UPLOAD$0.25 OLD PRICE BOUNTY$15.00 PAYOUT MINIMUM

CheapGass pays $0.10 for a normal Admin-approved pump-price upload. An Old Price is a selected fuel price that is more than 5 days old when the Scout submits the pump photo. When Admin verifies and publishes a qualifying Old Price update, that upload earns a $0.25 bounty instead of the normal $0.10 reward. Once your Scout reward balance reaches $15.00 or more and your payout phone is verified, CheapGass automatically queues your cash payout. Cash payouts are sent by CheapGass through Zelle to the verified U.S. mobile number you set in your account Payouts tab. Only approved uploads earn rewards.

You are responsible for entering the correct U.S. mobile number that you use with Zelle. CheapGass will send the payout to the verified Zelle phone saved with the payout.

The existing 50 verified-upload milestone for a $25 gift card remains a separate Scout reward.
